RETURNS POLICY

Here at Evolving Poker clothing line, we want to make the returns process nice and simple. You have up to 30 days to initiate your return from the moment your clothing order is delivered to you.The details below outline our returns policy.

  • Do not return any item until first emailing us expressing your intention and reasons for doing so
  • Item must be returned within 30 days from the day you’ve received your order
  • Ensure you get a receipt for shipment from your postal service provider as proof of postage should we not receive the returned item(s)
  • Evolving Poker do not currently offer exchanges, a refund against your original payment will be processed upon receiving your return. If you wish to receive a different size, you’ll need to place a new order via our website
  • Item must not been worn & washed (if found to have signs of wear etc.) Any items found to be in a poor condition will be returned back to you
  • Items covered in either hair will not be accepted
  • All items are inspected before dispatch and will also be inspected before any action is taken
  • For single item orders that are returned a refund to the total value of the order, inclusive of your original shipping costs, unfortunately the returns cost is non-refundable
  • For multiple item orders, we will only refund the value of the item/s returned, unfortunately excluding shipping costs.
  • If multiple item that were ordered and returned, we will refund the total value, including your original postal cost, unfortunately your returns cost is non-refundable

If any item returned breaches terms outlined above, we reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received in.

IF YOU RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM

If you received a faulty item

Please provide us with:

  • Photographic evidence
  • A description
  • Your order number
  • Which item is damaged

If your package was damaged upon delivery, please take photographic evidence and send it straight to evolvingpoker.com

All claims of damaged packages must be made within 5 days of the delivery date.  

Damaged goods need to be verified by a member of the support team, we cannot action a refund, credit or replacement until its been agreed.

Once you have contacted us we will work quickly on rectifying the issue.

Please do not return any damaged goods without prior agreement by a member of our support team.
